Apple’s has promised the AirPower wireless charging mat since September 2017 when they introduced the iPhone 8 and the iPhone X. The charging mat would allow users of iPhone 8 and newer to charge not only their phones but their AirPods and iWatches all at the same time. Being an owner of all these devices this is a great feature.
I wonder if the AirPower wireless charging mat can charge my MacBook Pro at the time as well. Apple if your reading this that would be great.
All joking aside A Twitter account named of ChargerLab claims that Apple’s production partner Luxshare Precision has started producing the new AirPower. Luxshare Precision already makes the company’s popular AirPods. Production on AirPower wireless charging mat is set for January 21 according to the tweets below.
