First, you need to click the three-dot icon that’s in the top right corner. Then, select Print. When the pop-up window appears, click on the down arrow that’s to the right of Destination and choose Save As PDF.

You’ll then see a preview that shows up in the left pane.

If you want, you can select More Settings in order to see options for changing things like scaling and paper size.

Once you’re satisfied with the settings, simply select Save and choose where you want the PDF to go. Click Save once more and the process is completed.

Safari

With Safari, there are actually two different ways that you can save a webpage as a PDF. Let’s look at both of them.

First, you can click File on the menu bar and then select Export as PDF. You’ll then get a pop-up window. Here, you need to enter a name for the file and choose a destination.

Then, you just have to click Save and you’re done!

The other method is a little more intensive but it also gives you more control over your PDF settings.

First, click on File and then select Print. You can also press Command P.

When the pop-up window appears, click on the down arrow found in the bottom left corner. Choose Save As PDF.

Another pop-up window will come up. Now, you can select a file name, subject, keyboards, title, and author. You can even set security options.

Firefox

Interestingly enough, of all the main desktop browsers, Firefox is the only one that doesn’t come with its own PDF exporter. Instead, you’re going to have to use the Microsoft Print to PDF function in Windows 10.

To do this, you’ll need to select the three horizontal lines icon that can be found in the top right corner and click Print. In the next menu, select the Print button that’s in the top left corner. You can also press CTRL P in order to open up the print menu.

Now, choose Microsoft Print to PDF from your printer options and then select the Print button when you’re ready.

Now, enter in a name for the file and choose a save destination. Then, click the Save button.

It’s also worth pointing out that you can use extensions in order to save a webpage as a PDF in Firefox.

Chrome for Android

If you’re using Chrome on an Android phone, you first need to tap on the three-dot icon that can be found in the top right corner. Then tap Share.

A pop-up window should appear on your screen. Scroll down to the Apps List and tap on the Chrome Print icon. This is going to look like the Google Chrome application icon except it’s going to have the word “Print” underneath it in small letters.

Next, tap on the down arrow. You can find this arrow at the top of the screen. Then, select the Save As PDF option that’s in the drop-down menu.

Tap on the down arrow that’s below Paper Size in order to choose your document settings. This includes pages, color, and size.

When you’re finally ready to save your file as a PDF, tap on the blue circle PDF icon. This icon should be on the right side of your screen.

Finally, just name your file at the bottom of the next screen and then click on Save.

Safari for iOS

With Safari on iOS, you can use the screenshot tool to make a PDF.

First, open your webpage in Safari and grab a screenshot. A thumbnail will then show up in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Tap that thumbnail.

On the next screen, tap the Full Page tab and make any edits that you feel are necessary. Then, select Done when you’re satisfied.

Finally, tap Save PDF to Files and select your destination. Then, you just have to hit Save.
