The Netflix for video gaming is finally here Microsoft announced Xbox Game Pass back in February, and the service goes live for the entire Xbox community on June 1. The new digital gaming subscription service gives you unlimited access to over 100 Xbox One and Backward Compatible Xbox 360 games for $9.99 USD per month.

The price point is much cheaper than Gamefly’s $15.95/month for one game subscription or $22.95/month for 2 games subscription.

PlayStation Now is priced at $19.99 per month, is twice as expensive as Xbox Game Pass. But it also provides access to over 4 times as many game titles at 450+ titles.

I would like to point out PSNow is a streaming service the game plays live over the Internet where the Xbox Game Pass you will need to download a game to your Xbox One before you can play it. Gamefly is game disk through the mail service.

Xbox Game Pass does offer some benefits if games are not in their catalog you would want to play Xbox Game Pass members can purchase all Xbox One games in the catalog – and related add-ons – at an exclusive discount and make them part of your permanent library.

Xbox Game Pass each month will add a new set of games to the catalog so there is always something new to play across a diversity of experiences, genres, ratings and more.
