To update everyone my wife and I bought a new house about a month ago. The house was a foreclosure and a handyman special, to say the least, a fixer upper if you will. We are hoping to get into the house in six months give or take depending on finances and repair schedule. As most of you know from reading my blog I am quite the handyman. When it comes to jobs around the house there no job to big or small for this handyman. I love construction, building and most of all my tools.

The house is an old Victorian home built over 100 years ago and in desperate need of rehab from a handyman. Literally, the foreclosure ad said, “Bring Your Money and Tools”. The house at some point belonged to a lady then she passed away (not in the house I asked), her children got it then never did anything with it, and then her grandchildren let it go into foreclosure.

I am hoping to keep you updated week by week on projects and progress of the new house I am seeking advice and questions from my reader’s if possible. Keep updated as we take on this huge project and build our new home.

Here are some pictures to get you started at this point we had touched nothing
