    Skype Adds PayPal Feature

  • We’re continuing to make progress on converging the Azure AD and Microsoft account identity systems. One of the big steps on this journey is to redesign the sign-in UI so both systems look consistent. Today I’m happy to announce that this updated design is in public preview! What’s changing: Redesign of Azure AD & Microsoft account sign-in experiences Pagination of the Azure AD sign-in page Microsoft I think this is being done for two reasons one because of the Windows 10 S and because Azure is where Microsoft is seeing the most growth over the last several quarters.
  • We are back after a long time off. Getting back into the swing of things we talk about updates to the site and my new book. We talk about Microsoft Surface Plus program for home and business. We talk about podcasts and how to use them as a tool for business. We talk about Apples 5 billion in PC sales this quarter. Plus PayPal for Skype, Fitbit Skills for Cortana, Facebook Getting Into Hardware Business and Apple 7 Billion in Service sales.
  • The Windows Console’s colors are getting their first overhaul in more than 20 years! Hurray! The default color values have been changed to improve legibility of darker colors on modern screens, and to give the Console a more modern look & feel. For example, Windows Console’s legacy blue is very difficult to read on a modern high-contrast displays … Microsoft Microsoft is updating the windows console colors for the first time in 20 years. Apples Terminal has done this since as long as I can remember you’re just a little late Microsoft.
