In this article, I’ve talked about some cool fitness apps that will help you get a ‘beach ready’ body.

Why can some people get fit a lot easier than everyone else? They don’t even need to try and within a few months they end up with big muscles and a flat stomach. If you’re not one of the lucky ones you might need a little extra help, but have you tried any of the great smartphone apps on the market at the moment? Here is a list of the best ones you should look at first because you could spend years testing out terrible apps.

Hot5 Fitness

Sometimes you can’t do everything on your own and you need someone to show you exactly what to do. Hot5 is packed full of great videos from multiple trainers, so you’ll have more than one great personal trainer on your side. The videos are high-quality and you’ll be able to watch them again and again without getting fed up. There are a few cool features and one gives you the ability to combine your results with MyFitnessPal so you have a better idea of how many calories you can consume each day.

Pact

Are you still on track with the goals you set at New Year? If you’re like most people you gave up a few weeks ago because it got too tough. Maybe it was only too hard to keep going because you didn’t have anything to lose. This app will help you stay on track because you’ll lose money if you don’t go to the gym enough times per week. Don’t feel too bad because you’ll be able to earn your money back by going to the gym. Are you willing to put your money on the line to get fit?

Weight Watchers Mobile

There is a reason why Weight Watchers is one of the most popular weight loss companies in the world. People have been using their program for decades, but just like all old companies they’ve tried to make their way into the 21st century by releasing a great app. If you’ve had success with the Weight Watchers program in the past you should stick with it. The mobile version will make your life a lot easier and you will start dropping those extra pounds right away.

RunKeeper

Everyone always wants to dig into the little details when they’re working out. Runners benefits greatly from technology these days because you can use the GPS inside your phone to track lots of different things. RunKeeper will record the route you ran, but you’ll also be able to find out how fast you were running and how many kilometers you covered. Those kinds of details would be impossible to work out on your own unless you had a stopwatch and you ran the exact same route all the time.

Zombies, Run!

The entire world is fascinated with zombies and a new movie about them is released every few years. It was only going to be a matter of time before they started to help you get fit too. How fast would you run if a zombie was chasing after you? This app will make you jump out of your skin and you’ll be motivated to keep running because you’ll hear strange zombie sounds in your earphones. It’s one of the most exciting ways to get fit at the moment unless you’re not scared of zombies.

A few months to go

There is only a few months until summer and I know you want to look great when you’re walking around on the beach. Download one or two of these apps soon and test them out because you’ll see results long before you need to whip your t-shirt off.
